Special thanks are extended to Smt. Mamata Banerjee, the Honorable Chief Minister of Bengal. This phase is being sponsored by the family of the Late Govind Saha Gupta, including Mrs. Sushila Mata, Mr. Amit Gupta, Mrs. Vineeta Gupta, and Mrs. Asha Kothari.
