The ISKCON Gangasagar shall collect, raise and receive any donations, subscriptions, gifts, grants, endowments, service charges, etc. in cash or kind, including movable or immovable properties and goods, from any person or persons, bodies of persons, companies, institutions, societies or trusts, or any of them, as they may deem fit…
Unacceptable conditions are those which give some right to the donor to reclaim part or all of the donations in the future. All donations become ISKCON Ganga Sagar’s inviolable property. No donation can’t be returned.
Once, again please note that we cannot refund donations, as the Indian Govt. law prohibits us.
