AC Deluxe Big Room

General Rules:
***Room terrifies has increased from 1st March 2025

1. Room Availability: Rooms are subject to availability.
2. Bedding Style:

• Two single beds.
• Standard occupancy in a Deluxe room is 2 person per room.
• Maximum occupancy can be upgraded to 3 person (one extra person) with an additional floor mattress available upon request for an extra charge of Rs. 200. This includes one floor Kurlon mattress, one pillow with pillow cover, a small towel, one bedsheet, and one comforter. Requests can be made upon arrival at the Guest House Reception.
• One child aged 6 years is allowed without bedding. No extra charge.

Toilet: 

Western attached toilets with geyser facility (only AC rooms have geysers).

Power Back-up:

• 24-hour backup for fans and lights.
• Air conditioners and geysers do not function during government power failures (which are rare).

Additional Charges:

Room Key Loss: Rs. 750 per key.
Damage to Property: Charges apply based on the nature and cost of repair or replacement.

Life Member Discounts:

Not applicable for online bookings.

Check In-Out Policy:

• On Arrival: Please contact the ISKCON Ashram Guest House reception to fill out your mandatory “Pilgrimage Personal Information Form.” You will need to present your online booking confirmation receipt and online payment details for verification. Additionally, you must enroll in the “Register Book” for check-in and check-out information with your signature
• Check-In Policy:
  
  • Present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Driving License, Passport, or Visa) at check-in.
  • Check-in time: 12:00 Noon.
  • Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
  • Booking may be auto-canceled at 4:00 PM without intimation of late arrival.
  • Last-minute room cancellations may result in room allotment to wait-listed members after 5:00 PM.
  • All visitors must carry valid photo ID; failure to do so invalidates their booking.
  • Married couples traveling without friends, family, or groups are required to present marriage registration certificates or legally matching IDs, if asked for. This is to ensure the authenticity of your marital status and to comply with our policies.

Mandatory Rules to be followed:

• Intoxication: No smoking, drinking alcohol, or any type of intoxication allowed (includes tea, coffee, tobacco, ghutkha, betel leaf, etc.).
• Food: No outside cooked food or non-vegetarian items allowed (including items with onion or garlic).
• Noise: Playing games or loud music is prohibited.
• Pets: No pets allowed.
• Solo Travelers: Rooms are not allotted to solo travelers unless prior written permission or an official recommendation from an ISKCON center or the ISKCON Gangasagar Temple President is presented. Solo traveler online reservations will be canceled upon arrival without this.

Additional Charges:

• Room Key Loss: Rs. 750.

Discount Policy:

• Stay 4 to 5 Days: 10% off room rent.
• Stay more than 5 Days: 15% off room rent.
• Cancellation & Date Modification Policy
• Cancellation Policy:
  All reservations are strictly non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be provided, irrespective of the cancellations timing.
• Date Modification Policy
  • All modifications are subject to room availability and must be confirmed by the management
  • Standard Modification: Rs. 100 per room per day (request at least 15 days in advance, subject to availability).
  • Modification: Rs. 200 per room per day (request 10 days in advance, subject to availability).
  • Same-Day Modification: Rs. 300 per room per day (subject to availability).
