Overview:

1. Rooms are subject to availability.
2. Bedding style: Three single beds. Max occupancy in Deluxe Big room is 4 ( Three single beds + one additional floor mattress bed is available on arrival on demand.)
3. Toilet: Western attached toilet with geyser facility.
4. Power Backup: available for 24 Hrs for Fan & Light. Air conditions & Geysers do not work on govt. power failure. But this failure is very rare.

Check In-Out Policy:

1. On arrival, please contact ISKCON Ashram “Bhakti-Kutir” reception to fill out your pilgrimage Personal Information Form if asked for.
2. For online booking share your booking ref ID and Photo ID card, to get your room key.
3. Check-in at 10 A.M. Check-out at 9 am.
4. The confirmed booking is liable to be auto-canceled at 5 pm if there is no intimation of late arrival.
5. A Govt. photo ID card on Check-in is compulsory.
6. Visitors must carry a valid photo ID without which their booking stands invalid and they would not be allowed to check in.
7. Married couples must have marriage registration certificates or legally matching IDs with them to avail of accommodations.
8. In case of any last-minute cancellation of a room, wait-listed members will be allotted based on the wait-listed number after 6.00 pm.

Mandatory Rules to be followed:

1. No smoking or drinking or any type of intoxication is allowed on the campus (not even coffee).
2. Eating or carrying any type of non-vegetarian items inside the campus is strictly forbidden even onion and garlic.
3. Playing any mundane music loudly is not allowed on campus.
4. No Pets are allowed inside the campus.

Discount Policy:

(Discount on rooms rent as per No. of Days stay)

• Stay for 7 to 15 Days-- 10% off on room rent.
• Stay for 16 to 30 days – 15% off on room rent.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation fee of 0% is charged if canceled before 30 days or more of check-in
• Cancellation fees of 50% is charged if canceled between 30 to 11 days before check-in
• Cancellation fees of 100% are charged if canceled 10 days or less before check-in
